What Famous Sites Used To Look Like

Do you remember what Google used to look like in 1998? Or what about LinkedIn, when it debuted in 2003?

Some of these sites have undergone a lot of change. Like, a lot. In keeping up with the times, one must adapt to the times.

Flat design and minimalism wasn’t all the craze back in the 90′s when the internet was just making its turn. We’re pretty sure everyone remembers when they created their own first website on Geocities or Angelfire, with all the neon flashing lights, and the huge lettering in Comic Sans. Yeah, we don’t want to remember it either. It’s like a bad case of the teenage blues.

What has emmerged from all the tacky design is something we all know now. But hey, in a few year we may think the designs we have now are crap.

Let’s go through over 2 decades of history on our web browser for some of these amazing transformations of site designs.
